You may return most items sold by our clients within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, Log to your account to notify our client of your problem or to obtain an RA number or permission to return. We(or they) will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account can take up to two billing cycles and may be by check.
